The Department organises periodic seminars and workshops enabling the students to keep in touch with latest trends in this dynamic field. The Department is releasing a quarterly news-bulletin Vasavi Sense. Every year the Department conducts Elex-Expo an Electronics EXHIBITION portraying practical skills of the students. The Department conducts add-on courses in the topics of audio/video servicing techniques, telephone and TV servicing, TV/DVD servicing, MS Office & cell phone servicing. The students are given circuit ideas to develop various electronic gadgets. The students of this Department have successfully designed and erected satellite dish antenna, receiver, a colour TV, P4 computer and moving display unit in the College. Intra-departmental competitions are organized to bring out the hidden talents of the learners.
